Doxazo - δοξάζω - To Glorify, To Praise, To Honor

Doxazo isn't just another band—we're a musical ministry born from a shared passion for glorifying God through exceptional music. Our name comes from the Greek word "doxazo," meaning to glorify,  to praise, and to honor, and this mission flows through every song we perform.

Comprised of seasoned musicians who have honed their craft through years of performing in various bands and serving faithfully on church worship teams, Doxazo brings together decades of collective experience and a deep love for music that matters. Each member contributes their unique musical journey and spiritual heart, creating something truly special when we come together.

Our sound defies simple categorization. We seamlessly blend heartfelt covers of beloved songs with powerful original compositions and anointed worship music that moves hearts and souls. Whether we're reimagining a classic tune, sharing an original piece that came from late-night inspiration, or leading others into the presence of God through worship, we bring the same commitment to excellence and authenticity.

What sets Doxazo apart is our unique atmosphere—we create more than just music; we craft experiences. Our veteran musicianship allows us to be versatile and dynamic, while our worship team backgrounds ensure that every performance carries spiritual depth and genuine heart. We're equally at home rocking a festival stage or leading intimate worship, always bringing our full passion to honor God and connect with our audience.

At Doxazo, we believe that all good music can be a form of worship when it's played with the right heart. We love what we do, and that joy is infectious—it's what makes every show an experience worth remembering.

 Cecilia Tomko has been writing and performing originals and folk, Christian, and pop songs since 1994. She leads worship, has 2 indie albums, and published a novel set in her hometown of Butler, Pennsylvania. 

 Christopher Tomko is an inventor, designer, sculptor, and works in 3-D printing and robotics when he's not playing drums. 

 Megan is a software architect and developer by day and a musician by night. She's been in different bands over the years as well as in the praise band at church. She sings and plays multiple instruments depending on where the Holy Spirit leads her :)

 Chesna Tomko is a college student studying linguistics and loves God, kids, music, and ancient languages. 

 Eric “Huffy” Huffman is the newest member of the band, bringing his energy and musical versatility to the bass or lead guitar depending on the song. Huffy’s passion for music spans alternative rock, folk, praise, Americana, and heavy metal.
